Returns & Exchanges

At Dilly Dally Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, but if a fit isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
